CrossFit Classes

A 60-minute strength and conditioning based class involving the best of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relative high intensities, that are guaranteed to give you an incredible workout.

Side effects include: getting stronger, moving better, increased confidence, and looking better naked.

Weightlifting

USAW Recognized Barbell Club for those who are interested in refining their barbell movement for CrossFit, recreation, or for those that compete in the sport of Weightlifting.

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

CrossFit Kids

We believe from a young age that kids should have a healthy relationship with health and fitness.

Through exercises, engaging progressions, and fun games, we teach them proper movement and leave them with a positive experience.

We have two classes that range from 3-6 years old, and from 7-12 years old.
