THIS IS NOT A TERMINATION REQUEST
You can request to pause your reoccurring membership at any time.
Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days before your upcoming invoice. All membership payments are non-refundable.
Holds are limited to 12 weeks, or 3 payment cycles, during the calendar year. Month to month memberships may only be held for a 4 week period.
Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
If you plan to cancel your membership during the middle of your hold, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. All payments are non-refundable.
There is a $8 per week fee for Membership Holds.
