Rise The Tides
We all start somewhere. Just because you don't know something, doesn't mean you shouldn't learn. Rise is 3 Personal Training Sessions that will serve as an implementation into our community. We will spend time discussing what it is that we do, how we do it, and why we believe it to be so successful. We will give you all the tools to be able to be confident in starting something new like CrossFit.
Every new member, with or without experience, must go through our Rise Program. We want to get to know you, your goals, and how we can best help you as a member. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions regarding our on-boarding process.
Strong and Fast
A 60 minute strength based class involving the best of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relative high intensities, that are guaranteed to give you an incredible workout. Side effects include: getting stronger, moving better, increased confidence, and looking better naked.
Prerequisite: At least 3 months of CrossFit experience elsewhere, or completed the Rise program.
OVERTAKE BARBELL CLUB
Weightlifting--Snatch and Clean & Jerk
USAW Recognized Barbell Club for those who are interested in refining their barbell movement for CrossFit, recreation, or for those that compete in the sport of Weightlifting. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 5pm-6pm.
Mold the Clay
Got kids that spend too much time after school, or on the weekends, in the house on their iPads, because "I've already finished my homework, Mom!"? We teach them proper movement through fun games and show them that working out can actually be a good time. Contact Coach Vera for more information.
Everyone has specific goals, so why not have specific instruction? Each coach at CFOT is determined to help mark those goals off your list. Gymnastics, weightlifting, weight loss, conditioning, sport specific skills, or whatever it may be, we've got you covered.
It is our goal to have everyone that we start PT with eventually be implemented into group classes. Don't underestimate the power of the group.
Do Your Own Thing
Not able to make a specific class time or want to do your own thing? Lift some weights, do a little conditioning, practice a specific skill on your own time here in Open Gym.
