Rise The Tides
We all start somewhere. Just because you don't know something, doesn't mean you shouldn't learn. Rise is an instructional 3 session program that teaches you the fundamentals of every movement that you may see in a CrossFit class on any given day. We prepare and familiarize you with movements and vocabulary in order to set you up for success in a regular class on your own.
Strong and Fast
A 60 minute strength based class involving the best of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relative high intensities, that are guaranteed to give you an incredible workout. Side effects include: getting stronger, moving better, increased confidence, and looking better naked.
Prerequisite: At least 3 months of CrossFit experience elsewhere, or completed the Rise program.
Discover Your Passion
A 45 min fast paced circuit/bootcamp style class focused on simple, yet extremely effective, bodyweight, dumbbell, and kettlebell movements. Don't let the simplicity fool you. Get ready to breathe, burn, and crush your fitness goals.
Everyone has specific goals, so why not have specific instruction? Each coach at CFOT is determined to help mark those goals off your list. Gymnastics, weightlifting, weight loss, conditioning, sport specific skills, or whatever it may be, we've got you covered.
Mold the Clay
Got kids that spend too much time after school, or on the weekends, in the house on their iPads, because "I've already finished my homework, Mom!"? We teach them proper movement through fun games and show them that working out can actually be a good time. Contact Coach Vera for more information.
OCR CLASS (OBSTACLE COURSE RACE)
Overcome Life's Obstacles
Twice a month on Saturday mornings, we break out all the odd objects you may see in an Obstacle Course Race. Did you sign up for an OCR and have never carried a stone or climbed a rope? Learn new skills and push your limits with this partner based strength and endurance class.
Do Your Own Thing
Not able to make a specific class time or want to do your own thing? Lift some weights, do a little conditioning, practice a specific skill on your own time here in Open Gym.
